Strategic partnership between Eurobank and finker – Open Banking Solutions for the promotion of Open Banking in Greece.
Eurobank has entered into a strategic partnership with ITBS for the provision of open banking services, implementing the letter and spirit of the PSD2 directive in Greece.
With the use of the finker platform for the interconnection of banking systems and the provision of Open Banking services by ITBS, the customers, users of Eurobank’s e-banking, who have bank accounts in other banks, have already from today the possibility, through the electronic services of the bank, to see all the information regarding accounts and cards of other banks.
The cooperation, which aims to develop new value-added applications in the field of fintech and payments, is an important capitalization of Eurobank’s support, over a number of years, of start-up entrepreneurship, since the bank itself, through the 1st BeyondHackathon Regional Competition, created the first conditions for the emergence of the fintech startup finker.

Στρατηγική συνεργασία μεταξύ Eurobank και finker για την προώθηση του Open Banking στην Ελλάδα.
H Eurobank προχώρησε σε στρατηγική συνεργασία με την εταιρία ITBS για την παροχή υπηρεσιών ανοιχτής τραπεζικής (open banking) εφαρμόζοντας το γράμμα και το πνεύμα της οδηγίας PSD2, στην Ελλάδα.
.Με την αξιοποίηση της finker πλατφόρμας διασύνδεσης τραπεζικών συστημάτων και παροχής υπηρεσιών Open Banking της ITBS, οι πελάτες, χρήστες του e-banking της Εurobank, που διαθέτουν, ταυτόχρονα, τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς και σε άλλες τράπεζες, έχουν ήδη από σήμερα την δυνατότητα, μέσα από τις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες της τράπεζας, να βλέπουν, όλες τις πληροφορίες που αφορούν σε λογαριασμούς και κάρτες των άλλων τραπεζών.
Η συνεργασία, που προσβλέπει στην ανάπτυξη νέων εφαρμογών προστιθέμενης αξίας, στον τομέα του fintech και των πληρωμών αποτελεί σημαντική κεφαλαιοποίηση της, επί σειράς ετών, στήριξης από την Eurobank της νεοφυής επιχειρηματικότητας αφού η ίδια η τράπεζα μέσω του 1oυ Περιφερειακού Διαγωνισμού BeyondHackathon δημιούργησε τις πρώτες προϋποθέσεις ανάδειξης της τεχνολογικής ομάδας (fintech startup) finker.
