The Begining
Initially conceived during the 1st Regional Hackathon contest organised by Eurobank and developed further at the be finnovative fintech accelerator of National Bank of Greece (NBG) by a team of professionals from the IT and financial sector.
One app, all banks
In 2018 the team launched finker – one app, all banks – the first Bank Account Aggregator in Greece – and later on was adopted by ITBS UK; a professional services company that helps clients to become high-performance organizations.
FCA
In 2020 ITBS t/s finker acquires FCA license to offer access to financial data in compliance with PSD2/Open Banking in the European space.
Eurobank
Partnership between finker and Eurobank marks the first Account Aggregation offering by a Greek bank.
Bank of Greece
On Aug 09, 2021 the Bank of Greece authorizes ITBS Finance (t/a finker) to provide Account Information Services (AIS) in Greece and the EEA.
